Zammad's setup and basic functionalities - Martin Edenhofer

Zammad, which was developed from scratch, simplifies the handling of the helpdesk and support system. The web app is intuitive and can be used even by laymen without training.

Everyone is invited to participate in Zammad. Via Github you can contribute to the source code or documentation. The source code belongs to the Zammad Foundation, which ensures the freedom of the software and the project in the long run.

In this presentation, a use case will be used to show the configuration and basic functionalities (including authorization, text modules or saving drafts) of Zammad, explain the Nextcloud integration and answer questions from the audience.
